Exercises will be used throughout the course allowing the team to practice the elements of scrum together. Where possible the teams own project artefacts will be used (e.g. selected Epics and user stories).
Who should attend: Scrum team members (Developers, Testers, DBAs, etc.) who want a common understanding of Scrum and its application to their specific context.
